This is both a “What to do” and “How to do it” book. It provides a practical guide for clerkship, clinical examination and management of patients with common gynaecological and obstetric complaints/presentations using a problem based approach.
It comprises of seventy-nine rich, practice oriented chapters written by 58 specialists and teachers drawn from over twenty medical schools and teaching hospitals in Nigeria and abroad. The authors put their extensive experience in the training of medical students and postgraduates to bear in helping the student and doctor answer the following questions when evaluating a patient:

What questions should be asked and in what sequence?
